600 gramsspare ribs
pai kuat
200 gramsblack beans
4dried scallops
soaked in hot water
12red dates
soy sauce
white pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Blanch the spare ribs in boiling water to remove scum. Boil the black beans for a few minutes and drain.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a soup pot and bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Then simmer on the lowest flame for about 2 hours or until the meat and beans are soft and tender.
