Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
Chop your florets into wing sized bites.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine the chickpea flour and dry ingredients. Then add in water and whisk together until smooth

Get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper ready.
Step 5
Dip your cauliflower florets into the batter and then move onto the baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes
Step 7
Remove from the oven and into a medium bowl. Pour bbq sauce (around 1/4 cup but feel free to add more) and toss together. Pour back onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 more minutes
Step 8
Serve with vegan ranch (or normal ranch!)
