Step 1
Chop the green onion and tomatoes finely. Form a paste with your knife and the garlic (or just use a garlic press)
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes until really soft
Step 3
If you’re using cumin seeds, form a powder with them with a mortar and pestle. Add salt, pepper and cumin to the pan and reduce the heat to low, cooking for another 10 minutes, until your desired consistency
