Heirloom Tomato Sandwich

Before tomato season comes to an end, I had to try the viral heirloom tomato sandwich. Paired with some Philadelphia Plant Based Cream Cheese, roasted garlic, and chives, it was a winner. Give it a try yourself before tomato szn comes to an end!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Add your bulb of garlic to a sheet of foil and top with a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Seal with foil and place in the oven for 50 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, roasted garlic, and chives until well incorporated.
Step 4
Smear one side of each slice of toast with the cream cheese and top with heirloom tomatoes, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!
