Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the hazelnuts, white sugar, and vanilla. Blend together until a thick paste forms.
Step 2
Add in 2 tbsp cream and continue blending until the mixture is smooth.
Step 3
In a medium sized bowl, whisk the remaining cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Beat in the hazelnut mixture and powdered sugar, and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Step 5
Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 5 days!
