3 cupcake flour
2 ½ cupssugar
1 cupbuttermilk
5eggs
large
2 ½ tspvanilla extract
1 tspbaking powder
3 sticksbutter
salted, softened

Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl sift your cake flour and baking powder and put it to the side. Then in another bowl make your filling by combining light brown sugar, crushed pecans, and cinnamon. Place this to the side as well.
Step 3
Next in a stand mixer or with a hand mix beat your sugar and butter on medium speed for 8 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Step 4
Then turn your hand or stand mixer to low speed and add in your eggs one at a time. Make sure every egg is fully incorporated and you can’t see any yellow before you add the next egg.
Step 5
After all eggs are fully incorporated you’re going to alternate adding your flour mixture and buttermilk on low speed. Starting and ending with flour.
Step 6
Once your cake batter is complete add half of it to greased and floured Bundt pan. Then add your Sock It To Me Filling to the middle and then add the remaining cake batter on top. Hit against the table to remove air bubbles and back for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Note this is based on my oven yours might be different so make sure to check after one hour and adjust baking time if needed. Once a toothpick comes out clean then your cake is ready.
Step 7
Let your cake cool for at least 10 minutes.
Step 8
Make your glaze by whisking powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined. Add your glaze to your cake and enjoy.
