Boil all eggs
Step 2
Finely dice all garlic, onion, red pepper
Step 3
After eggs have boiled, remove and immediately soak in cold water, peeling the shell.
Step 4
Drain tuna from can, add to mixing bowl with diced garlic, onions and mayo. Add diced veggies a bit at a time so you get the mixing with the mayo done nicely.
