Instructions
Step 1
add uncooked orzo to the bottom of the pot and cover with 3 1/2 cup water
Step 2
add 1 crushed chicken stock cube and tomato paste and optional lemon juice & give a light stir
Step 3
add 1 bg raw spinach (or baby spinach) on top
Step 4
close lid and cook on high pressure for 1 minute with 5 min pressure release.
Step 5
open lid, stir in crumbled feta & serve
