Instructions
For Shrimp
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients into a large bowl and add in the shrimp.
Step 2
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Step 4
Place shrimp on the grill , close the lid
Step 5
Grill for 3 minutes and then flip over and grill the other side for another 3minutes, until pink
Step 6
Take off the grill, to let cool.
For Advocato Spread
Step 7
Mash avocado in a bowl and add in pepper
Step 8
Squize the lime for lime juice.
Serve
Step 9
1. Place cucumber slices on a large tray.
Step 10
2. Spread a small spoonful of the mashed avocado mixture onto each slice.
Step 11
3. Add the olive
Step 12
4. Add one clove 1 mandarin orange
Step 13
5. Top with a grilled shrimp.
Step 14
6. Use a small kebab stick to hold ingredients together.
