Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°
Step 2
Season fish with salt and pepper and let stand for 20 minutes
Step 3
Toss fish with oil in a bowl to evenly coat and place in a baking dish

Drizzle remaining oil from the bowl over the fish
Step 5
Bake at 300° and check doneness after 15 minutes by pressing flesh gently with your thumb. If the fish flakes apart, it is ready. If not, cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes and check again
Step 6
Rinse shallot under cold running water. Pat dry. Once the fish is cooked, mix the warm oil from the baking dish with the shallot, herbs and juice. Serve with the fish
