Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cut bread into cubes and let it sit out to dry.
Step 3
Pour about 1/4 cup olive oil into hot pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Add chopped fresh parsley to taste. Mix celery and parsley.
Step 5
Add rosemary, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 6
Take cubed pieces of bread and combine it with celery and parsley mixture.
Step 7
Continue to drizzle olive oil to ensure a thin coating of oil over bread.
Step 8
Pour stuffing mixture into baking pan and drizzle a little extra olive oil on top.
Step 9
Bake stuffing for 40 minutes.
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
