Instructions
Step 1
Spray a large crock pot (I use an 8 quart) with non-stick spray. Place cut potatoes and baby carrots in the bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken breasts over the top.
Step 2
season chicken to taste. I use worcestershire sauce, a few splashes of louisiana hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, pork butt rub seasoning, sprinkle of red pepper & white pepper
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk together cream soups, chicken broth, dry ranch dressing mix, milk, and seasonings to taste. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken. Add a few peppers
Step 4
Cover with lid and cook on High heat 5 to 6 hours OR on Low heat 8 to 9 hours. Shred the chicken in the pot, careful not to destroy potatoes and carrots.
Step 5
Serve over rice and enjoy!
