Step 1
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Step 2
Place chicken, potatoes, and vegatables into slow cooker
Step 3
Add in all seasonings. Place butter in slow cooker and pour prepared chicken stock over top.
Step 4
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze juice from each half over mixture in slow cooker. Then slice the lemon halves and place all slices (with rind) into slow cooker.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 6 hours.
Step 6
The dish is ready to be served when the internal temperature of the chicken pieces reach 165°F and the potatoes are soft when pierced with a fork.
