Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate on a bain-marie at a medium heat.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites until it becomes a fluffy white mixture. Add two spoons of sugar to make it slightly more firm.
Step 4
Once the chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and add the yolks then stir gently.
Step 5
Add the white mixture one spoon at a time until the two mixtures come together.
Step 6
Pour the mixture in small ramekins and set in the fridge for at least an hour.
Step 7
Remove from the fridge 5mn before eating if you want extra softness.
