Instructions
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with oil.

In a mixing bowl, add plain Greek yogurt, the self-rising flour and the pinch of salt.

Using a rubber spatula, mix until crumbles form.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and form into a ball.

Knead the dough 15 or 20 times or until dough forms.

Bagels: Divide into 4 equal pieces and roll into 3/4-inch-thick ropes and from a circle.

Personal Pizza: Use all of dough & rollout to make crust

Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle both sides with the seasoning of your choice.

o Note: The optional egg wash will add a shine and help the seasoning adhere to the bagel.

If you aren't using an egg wash, brush the bagel with water to help the seasoning stick.

Conventional Oven: Preheat 375, Bake on the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes.

Air Fryer: Preheat 325, Bake in batches without crowding leaving at least 2 inches around the bagel dough, Bake 11-12 minutes until golden. No need to flip.

Let the bagels cool for at least 20 minutes on a cooling rack before cutting.
