This creamy and delicious recipe is made in an instant pot with Cajun smoked sausage and Alfredo. And the best part about it, you can sneak in vegetables and you won’t even taste them! It’s so quick and easy to make, easy to clean up, and my whole family loved it!

Ingredients
6 servings
frozen peppers and onions
or half chopped white onion and 2-3 peppers
1 tablespoonoil
1cajun smoked sausage
or two if you want more
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
½ tablespoonpepper
1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
1 poundfettuccini pasta
box
2 cupslow sodium chicken broth
1 jaralfredo sauce
2 cupsshredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Turn your instant pot on sear (high).
Sear peppers, onion, and sausage for 5 minutes.
Turn sear off.
Step 2

Add 2 cups of chicken broth
Step 4
Add dry pasta. Do not stir, but push down so it is mostly submerged in the broth. Break the pasta in half if you have to.
Step 5
Add full jar of marinara sauce
Step 6
Put the lid on your pressure cooker and make sure it is set to seal. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Once done, manually release the pressure.
Step 7
Take the lid off, stir and slowly add in parmesan cheese while continuing to stir.

Eat and enjoy!!!
