12 ozbeef sirloin steak
cut against the grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices

1sweet onion
cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices

3bell peppers
green and red, cut into 2-inch-wide strips

1 tablespoonolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Position a rack in the top third of the oven and preheat the oven to broil. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the fajita seasoning and chili powder. Add the steak strips and toss until coated.
Step 3
Broil for 5 minutes. Stir the veggies and meat and continue to broil for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the meat is cooked but still slightly pink and the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Serve the fajita mixture wrapped in tortillas. Store leftover fajita mixture and tortillas in separate containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Step 5
Tip: Top the fajitas with chopped tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese, hot peppers, or chopped avocado.
