“Lazy” Chicken Parm Sandwiches
Throwback to a classic! One of the easiest recipes you can possibly make
Per sandwich*:
345 calories
33g Protein
30g Carbs
10g Fat
*the boneless skinless chicken thighs I used were 4oz each, so calories could be lower or higher based on size, adjust as needed
Ingredients/instructions below!
2 English muffins
120g Tomato sauce (30g each half)
Broil on low for 8-10 minutes
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
Season with (just light coat each side): Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, red chili flakes, oregano
Air fry 375, 10 minutes, flip halfway
Cheese topping:
1 slice thin sliced provolone or mozzarella (each)
5g Parmigiano Reggiano (each)
Place cheese on top of cooked chicken thighs, toss back in air fryer for 4-5 mins
