Step 1

Mix dough with lemon extract

Step 2

Use ¾ of dough; press into foiled-lined, square baking dish (make small thumb indents on bottom of dish); sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mix; place dabs of jam; sprinkle coconut; sprinkle chopped or whole nuts

Step 3

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes; lift sides of foil to remove cake and let cool; use remaining dough by placing dabs of dough sporadically

Step 4

mix powder sugar with lemon juice and a little water; drizzle over cooled cake
