Instructions
Step 1
Take a laege bowl, put the minced meat in it and add all the ingredients. Eggs, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, milk and a spoon of flour. Mix the ingredients all together and add some more flour if necessary. The mixtuere needs to be soft and sticky.

Warm up a pan with some butter and oil and wait until is hot.

Step 3
Take a spoon of mixture and use another spoon to shape the meatball. Push now the meatball off the spoon into the pan. Cook the meatballs until the get brown and a little crispy and then turn it and do the same. It should take about 3 or 4 minutes for each side.
