Step 1
Add all ingredients except smoked paprika and butter in a bag and marinate. A few hours is okay but more time is better.
Step 2
Once marinated, preheat oven to 425° F. Take cod filet from bag and place in a non stick pan. I line mine with foil. Add a dash of smoked paprika across the whole filet, both sides

Step 3
Combine melted butter, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and sea salt and pour around filet.
Step 4
Add veggies of choice and mix in butter soup. Place pan in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Check fish for being done and check veggies for softness. Serve.
