1 poundground turkey
2 handfullsSpinach
hemp seeds
garlic
1sweet potato
sweet
smoked paprika
chili flakes
salt
dill
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the ground turkey in a skillet. Season with Paprika, Salt, Chili flakes and salt
Step 2
Wash your spinach and toss in bowl
Step 3
Cut sweet potato into how you want (fries like, cubes or other)
Step 4
Toss sweet potatoes into a bowl and mix them with a bit of olive oil
Bake them in oven or air fryer at around 410 until how you like them ~about 20 mins
Step 5
Once potatoes are done, toss into same bowl as spinach
Step 6
Toss in desired amount of hemp seeds
Step 7
Toss in dressing ingredients and mix everything up
