These chicken strips were based on kfc's chicken strips but they definitely go above and beyond it! If you need to make multiple batches, you can keep the cooked ones in a 200 f oven. Make sure to take the basket out of your fryer and use tongs to get the chicken into and out of it.

Step 1
Cut chicken into strips and soak them in a bowl with buttermilk for 30 mins

2. Put eggs in 1 bowl and flour and spices into another
Step 3
3. Dip the chicken in this order: flour, eggs, flour then put it onto a holding plate

4. Heat oil to 350 degrees

5. Fry for 3-5 mins
Step 6
If you're making fried, bone-in chicken thighs:
4 bone-in thighs
Cook 350f for 15 mins
Take the skin off
Straight in the fryer w/o basket
