- Preheat oven to 450
- Pat chicken dry - Season Chicken - Combine melted butter, olive oil, panko, extra seasonings, and cheese
- Spread about 1 Tbs of pesto on each chicken cutlet (until it’s fully covered, no need to do the back)
- Press Panko mixture on top of each chicken cutlet - Sprinkle some paprika on top
- Bake for 20-25 min or until internal temp reaches 165
