From My Family's Favorites by Mary Beth Roe. These are simple and easy to make bar cookies with a cookie base, chocolate in the middle, and more cookie on top.

Instructions
Step 1
Spray 9 x 13 pan with baking spray. With fork, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil till well mixed.
Step 2
Spread half of mixture in bottom of pan. It will be a thin layer.
Step 3
Melt chocolate, butter, and condensed milk in a saucepan, till chocolate chips are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
Step 4
Pour over cookie layer in pan and cover with rest of dough and press down. Take small pieces of dough and cover as much chocolate as you can and press down. ( I swirled mine a little in chocolate.)
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, and cool before cutting into bars.
