Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, sift almond flour and coconut flour. Add in baking soda and salt.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Scoop 1-2 tbsp of dough onto the baking sheet 2″ apart. Flatten the cookies and bake 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the cookies for 2-3 minutes and transfer to the wire rack.
