Step 1
1. Heat up a large skillet or wok over medium/high heat with the olive oil. I used my @hexclad hybrid wok.
Step 2
2. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until softened, about 7 minutes. Season them with Dan-O’s, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
3. Add in the onion and cook for another two minutes, or until fragrant. Then add in your bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
4. Stir in your cooked sausage. Serve & enjoy!
