Instructions

Step 1
Heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium high heat

Add sweet potato and cook 3-4 minutes

Add in red bell pepper and onion, cooking until just softened

Next, add in plant-based sausage and sauté until just starting to brown
Step 5
Last, lower heat to medium and add sauerkraut and seasonings. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
