Instructions

Step 1
In bowl, stir together 1/4 cup broth, vinegar, sugar and cornstarch. Set aside.
Step 2
Place wok over high heat; when hot add oil. Add carrots and onion and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons broth and reduce heat to medium; cover and cook until carrots are tender- crisp tonite ( about 4 minutes). Increase heat to high. Stir cornstarch mixture, pour into wok and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Season to taste with salt,
