Instructions
Step 1
In a large stockpot add water and butter.
Step 2
Add the corn, onion, carrots, and celery and allow to simmer until the carrots are fork tender.

Sprinkle the garlic and flour over vegetables and slowly stir to combine
Step 4
As soon as combined, slowly mix in the chicken broth
Step 5
Add the frozen tortellini and cover the stockpot
Step 6
Add the chicken
Step 7
Allow to simmer on low temp 30 minutes
Step 8
Scoop into bowl and top with a sprinkle of parsley
