Vegan Iced Honeydew Matcha Latte

Enjoy tasty and tropical matcha with the ease of just 5 ingredients and a blender! This recipe makes 1 serving (1 cup) and is low in calories and high in Vitamin C. Trust me when I say you will be ADDICTED to this drink within your first few sips. P.S: I recommend using Almond or Cashew Milk for this recipe but any kind of plant milk will work just fine.

To begin
Step 1
Add honeydew pieces into a blender and blend for 10 seconds
Step 2
Strain honeydew pulp from juice into your glass and discard any remaining pulp
Step 3
Add matcha powder to the honeydew juice and whisk/froth for 1-2 minutes
Step 4
Pour in the plant milk of choice and liquid sweetener of choice (sugar, sweetener, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, etc) and stir
Step 5
Add in ice cubes if preferred and enjoy
