Instructions

Step 1
Cut yellow Squash into half moons and dice onions
Step 2
Saute both in pan with salt and pepper, granulated onion, garlic powder, 2 pinches of oregano, 2 Bay leaves, and a squirt of worcestershire.
Step 3
Drain in colander and place in casserole dish with mayo and sour cream
Step 4
Mix in 2-3 cups shredded cheeses
Step 5
Bake 350° for 40 min
Step 6
Remove, add crumbled Ritz crackers on top
