Pumpkin apple cheesecake

Step 1

Step 2

Use a mandolin slicer to slice 2-3 honeycrisp apples and mix with lemon or lime juice and other ingredients per autumn cheesecake recipe. Transfer to sauté pan and cook to soften but not to the point of applesauce. Let cool.

Step 3

Make pumpkin cheesecake filling per pumpkin cheesecake recipe. Fill springform pan as directed.
