Ingredients
6 servings
0.5 headcauliflower
chopped and cooked till almost tender
2 tspapple cider vinegar
2 tspstevia powder
¼ tspcelery seed
celery salt will work
½ tspmustard seed
2eggs
hard boiled and chopped
2green onion
chopped
1stalk celery
chopped
½ cupmayonnaise
¼ cupsour cream
½ tspprepared mustard
or to taste
salt
pepper
3slices bacon
cooked, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Cook cauliflower set aside to cool.
Step 2
Combine vinegar, stevia, celery seed and mustard seed. Microwave 30 seconds or until stevia is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Pour over cauliflower and stir.
Step 4
Mix in onion, celery, eggs and bacon (save some bacon to garnish top of salad)
Step 5
Mix mayo, sour cream and mustard. Pour over cauliflower mixture. Mix well.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste
Step 7
Garnish with bacon pieces and refrigerate
