Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

1. Place a small spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.

2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam on top.

3. Lightly brush the edges of the wrapper with egg wash or water.

4. Fold the wrapper in half (like a half-moon) and press the edges tightly to seal. You can also crimp the edges for a prettier look.

1. Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C).

2. Fry the dumplings in batches for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

3. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
