Step 1
Cook pasta according to package. Once done, reserve 1/2 c of the pasta water.
Step 2
Strain pasta and add back to the original bowl. Add in the alfredo sauce and pasta water. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
In a greased pan, brown 4 chicken sausages. Let them cool and then chop into small pieces.
Step 4
Each serving receives 3/4 c pasta, 1 chicken sausage, and 28 grams of fat free cheese.
