Instructions
Step 1
Peel the zucchini to create zoodles. Put them in a cullender and leave them aside.
Step 2
Put avocado, garlic, salt, olive oil and basil in one bowl and give it a good whisk.
Step 3
Boil pasta in salted water. When cooked al dente, pour pasta water through a cullender with zoodles. Take 1/4 cup pasta water and mix it in the bowl with the ingredients from step 2.
Step 4
Pour the green sauce and zoodles back into the pot with the cooked spaghetti and mix. Enjoy!
