Step 1
Two cups of flour, one tablespoon of baking powder, one teaspoon of salt. About a 1/3 cup oil or melted butter. About 2/3 cups milk. I do a drop biscuit topping so I don't have to roll them out so I add enough milk to make them wet. I usually use 1 1/2 of the above recipe for a 9x13 pan because I over fill it. The topping costs about .50.
