Step 1
Cut off the upper part of the garlic. Place the garlic on aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and rosemary.

Then close the foil and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees convection for 40min.

Place the marrow bones on a baking tray. Drizzle on the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

After the garlic has baked for 20 min, put the bone marrow in the oven as well and bake for 20min.


Sandwich
Step 5
Spread both sides of the bread with olive oil and toast until golden brown.
Step 6
Chop some parsley for garnishing.

Step 7
Squeeze the garlic onto the bread and spread it out evenly with a knife.


Step 8
Now hollow out the bones and spread the bone marrow on the bread.
Step 9
Sprinkle on the parsley and enjoy!
