Step 1
Melt the coconut oil.
Step 2
Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh into a food processor. Add the cacao powder, vanilla essence, agave or honey, coconut oil and blend to make a velvety chocolate mousse.
Step 3
Freeze for an hour and keep in the fridge. Will freeze for a few weeks.
