Step 1
Start by slicing your washed peaches and place them directly into a pie pan. Add the 1/2 cup brown sugar, lemon, cornstarch, and spices. Toss to mix and put aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add room temperature butter, brown sugar, and spices. Mix until light and fluffy. Add the flour and salt, and use your hands to mix and create a crumbly texture.
Step 3
Add the crumble topping to the fruits and bake at 375f for 45min, or until the top has nicely browned. Serve it warm and top with ice cream, enjoy!
