Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, add sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. (Optional pumpkin spice) Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Add in vegetable oil, pumpkin, eggs and beat well
Step 3
Spray pan and add mixture
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
Step 5
Cool 10 minutes
Step 6
Cover with foil
Step 7
Once completely cool, cover with cream cheese frosting, cut and serve
