1 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbspcornstarch
2 tspbaking soda
1 tspkosher salt
1 cupunsalted butter

3 cupspowdered sugar
4 Tbspcream
ยฝ cupcocoa powder
2 tspvanilla
1 cupmini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
Step 1
Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats.
Step 2
Beat together butter, sugars, eggs, corn syrup, & vanilla with stand mixer, until light & fluffy.
Step 3
In separate mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, salt, & baking soda.
Step 4
Slowly pour dry ingredients into bowl of wet ingredients, mixing as you go, until batter forms.
Step 5
Use med. cookie scoop to portion out dough, roll into balls, & place on prepared baking sheets.
Step 6
Gently press down each cookie to form a thick disc.
Step 7
Bake (15-18 min.) until firm around edges. Cool completely.
Step 8
Chill cookies in fridge while you prepare the frosting.
Icing
Step 9
Use electric mixer to beat butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, & cream until well-combined & frosting can hold a peak.
Step 10
Scoop the frosting into piping bag; frost cookies in a spiral, starting at center & working outwards. Top with mini marshmallows.
