Instructions

Step 1
Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwave proof bowl.
Step 2
Microwave on medium (70%) until chips are fully melted. Check frequently as time will vary depending upon your microwave. Leaving too long will risk drying our or burning chips.
Step 3
Crush potato chips into small pieces. (Approximately 1/4inch maximum)
Step 4
Set out small paper cup liners on a tray (40 if small or 60 if extra small)
Step 5
Mix crushed potato chips into melted chip mixture. Stir until potato chips are fully coated.
Step 6
Drop by spoonfuls into prepared paper cups.
