Step 1
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in a large bowl.
Step 2
Stir chocolate until creamy. Add cereal. Mix well to coat. Let set at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. You’re looking for it to be a play-doh like consistency.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into 6. Form each into an egg shape.
Step 5
Sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar on your work space and insert the cereal all the way around the dough.
Step 6
Insert pieces all the way up and finish with one on top. You can squish and move the dough as needed to form the pinecone.
Step 7
Dust with more powdered sugar to create a snow effect if desired.
