Instructions

Step 1
Cut a few thin coins of cucumber off the end. Then slice lengthwise twice for quarters. Lay down different lengths on a pretty plate. Top with olives, burrata, lemon zest and juice. Garnish with fresh dill, flaky salt and black pepper.
