Instructions
Step 1
Add milk and butter to a saucepan on medium low heat for 3-5 minutes until the butter is melted. Let cool till warm to touch.
Step 2
To a large bowl, add flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Whisk until well combines.
Step 3
To a medium bowl, add eggs and vanilla and whisk to combine.
Step 4
Once the butter milk mixture is warm to touch, slowly add it into the flour mixture. Mix well. Use whisk to scrape flour from side of bowl.
Step 5
Add the egg mixture. Stir to mix well.
Step 6
Once everything is combined, cover with plastic and put in fridge for 12-24 hours.
Step 7
Before cooking, stir again to deflate.
