These overnight Yeasted waffles are light & crisp, yet fluffy on the inside. They are not too sweet & work well with any toppings you like.

Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter with milk in sauce pan

Whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, & salt
Step 3
Mix in butter/milk mixture into dry ingredients
Step 4
In a small separate bowl whisk eggs & vanilla together. Combine into batter mixture
Step 5
Cover bowl & refrigerate for 12-24 hours OR keep at room temperature for 2 hours
Step 6
Pour 2/3 to 3/4 cup batter into greased waffle iron. Cook according to manufacturer’s instructions. It takes me about 5 min per waffle.
