Instructions

Step 1
Set grill to smoke, remove silver membrane, coat ribs with a mixture of honey mustard, apple juice and Worcestershire Sauce on both sides and sprinkle with honey hog. Smoke for 3-3.5 hours.
Step 2
Remove ribs, turn grill to 225 and lay on tin foil sheet and smother the meat side with honey, sprinkle with brown sugar and add some apple juice. Wrap time and second wrap. Cook till internal temp is 205.
Step 3
Remove ribs from tinfoil and smother both sides with sugar lips BBQ sauce. Leave on 225 coating the meat side every 10 minutes till there is plenty of glaze. Cook for 30 more minutes till the glaze is tacky.
