Vinaigrette - grate .5 tsp zest & lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, feta and honey

Flatten chicken, lightly cover with garlic mayo
In a shallow bowl - stir together breadcrumbs, cheese, salt & pepper
Dip chicken in breadcrumbs to cover

Coat

Place on baking tray

In a large bowl - combine asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes, oil, 4 cloves chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Give a good stir, then place on other end of tray.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C or until cooked

Drizzle with vinaigrette to serve
